While I’m on the subject of crime and thieves, it seems that Wolverhampton City Council are removing their new cigarette bins because
people were using crow bars to rip them open and steal the butts from inside.
Seriously, how desperate for a fag do you need to be to not only take the stubs from a bin but to actually crowbar your way into the bin first?!
